KART PROJECT: HAND-IN

Overview: For this project I was tasked with creating a 3d model of an Angry Birds based Go-kart and its two subsequetial upgrade iterations. My Bidget was 3000 triangles each and one 512x12 texture sheet with PBR materials used.

CONCLUSION:

Overall I found this project to be a nice break from my usual conceptual work , I found that having the concept alrerady provided speeded up the ed process and workflow . I did this project to bolster the 3d side of my portfolio and I found it to be reletively successfull . however if I am to put this in my poersonal portfoilio I'll either polish up the textures even more or just up their scale. I feel if I was to do this project again I would probably have redone the UV layouts to get the most out of the 512 testure space in order to gain maximum information in my normal maps etc.
